Pinnacle Acquires Warner Communications of Upper Montclair, NJ

Pinnacle Wireless, Inc. signed an agreement to acquire Warner Communications and Warner Engineering of Upper Montclair, NJ. The agreement which was signed Friday, December 8th officially closed Thursday, December 14, 2006. Warner Communications founded in 1935 has a long standing reputation for providing high quality communication solution and maintenance to State, County and Local municipalities throughout New Jersey. Warner Communications is an approved reseller of leading industry manufacturers, some of which include: Motorola, Ma/Com, IPC and Whelen. In addition to supplying top line communications solutions, Warner's technical team consisting of more that seventeen (17) technicians provide systems maintenance throughout the region.

Warner Communications is one of a select number of organizations that is a Authorized Motorola Service organization, as well as an approved Motorola Representative "MR" named under their New Jersey State Contract.
